Description

Lead end-to-end Google Cloud architecture for large-scale transformation, migration, and modernization programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for cloud assessment, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Define target-state cloud architecture aligned with business, security, and scalability requirements.
• Establish cloud standards, reference architectures, and best practices on the GCP platform.
• Design and implement GCP landing zones and foundational architecture for enterprise deployments.
• Lead workload migration waves and provide architectural oversight during execution phases.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience as a GCP Cloud Architect for assessment and migration to GCP programs.
• Expertise in GCP and Cloud Architecture.
• Proven experience with Cloud Migration and Cloud Assessment.
• Strong background in Security Architecture.
• Experience defining target-state architectures meeting security and scalability needs.
• Ability to analyze existing on-premises and multi-cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with workload classification using migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild).
