Description

You will design and implement highly distributed global cloud systems on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on infrastructure, security, and data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-premises to cloud migrations by developing adoption roadmaps.
  • Provision GCP infrastructure using Terraform and establish CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure Application Load Balancers, CDNs, and Service Accounts.
  • Design and implement Disaster Recovery setups in active/active and active/passive modes.
  • Optimize cloud costs and assess client workloads for cloud suitability.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in cloud technology.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP native services: Cloud Storage, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, and App Engine.
  • Proficient knowledge of Kubernetes and establishing microservices infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud deployments and enterprise architecture practices.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and cloud adoption roadmaps.
  • Basic experience in application architecture.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong presentation skills for communicating with Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and developers.
