Description

You will design and implement data architecture solutions on Google Cloud Platform, leading ETL migrations and defining technical requirements for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL migrations from on-premise environments to GCP Cloud.
• Design and implement data models based on Data Lake and Enterprise Data Warehouse principles.
• Architect data solutions using Hadoop ecosystems, including HBase, Hive, and Spark.
• Apply data mesh patterns to modern data architectures.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Deep expertise in BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with GCP fundamentals.
• Practical knowledge of Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and DataProc.
• Experience managing workloads on Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DLP and platform/data security concepts.
• Familiarity with Hive, Spark, and HBase.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• GCP Professional Data Engineer certification.
