Description

Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and provision solution infrastructure using core system design principles for security, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead large-scale network migrations to GCP, managing Load Balancing, DNS, Interconnect, and CDN.
• Architect scalable networking designs focusing on high availability, redundancy, failover, and load balancing.
• Manage implementation and technical oversight for GCP cloud project delivery and deliverables.
• Optimize technical and business processes while managing hybrid environments across on-premise and public cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Foundation, VPC networks, IAM, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with GCP storage and data services including Storage buckets, Backup, Disaster Recovery, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Bigtable, and Cloud SQL.
• Deep understanding of network security design, including segmentation, encryption, logging, and monitoring.
• Competency in scripting and data formats using Python, PowerShell, JSON, and YAML.
• Experience managing Stackdriver for troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Proven ability to handle data ingestion from IoT devices into GCP managed services.
• GCP Architect Certification.
