Description

You will build and maintain core GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage core GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud IAM, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Implement and maintain networking components like VPC peering, Shared VPCs, firewall rules, and Load Balancing.
• Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, focusing on module creation and state management.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Debug performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot system issues across Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related role.
• Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments (CentOS experience required).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for automation.
• Experience managing IAM roles and implementing least privilege security principles.
• Familiarity with DNS and Firewall configuration.
• Experience working with Microservices architectures.
