Description

You implement cloud designs and deploy application hosting environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using DevOps methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy VPC environments and cloud instances according to Cloud Architect designs.
• Establish security controls in collaboration with NetSecOps to meet CISO policy requirements.
• Manage user access, organizations, and groups within the cloud platform using IAM.
• Define and document standards and procedures (SOPs) for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS consumption on GCP.
• Act as the Tier-2 escalation point to diagnose and resolve production incidents on cloud systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure development experience with GCP foundation services (computing, network, storage, security, automation).
• 5+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform or similar tools.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure solutions, including Windows and Linux IaaS, Networking, and containers.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise infrastructure deployments.
• Proficiency in automated Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Google Foundational certification.
