Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable Google Cloud Platform solutions and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud applications and Kubernetes platform components, including Helm charts, Docker images, and custom controllers.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage cloud resource access through IAM policies, accounts, users, and groups.
• Optimize application workloads for cost-efficiency and performance.
• Configure, deploy, and support web applications and microservices using GKE while participating in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in security, systems, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience consulting or operating IAM solutions for GCP.
• 3+ years of experience with microservice design and GKE, including Docker and container security.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Terraform, and Ansible.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and writing complex BigQuery queries.
• 5+ years of experience working within SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Shell, Python, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with GCP technologies: IAM, GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Load Balancing, BigQuery, and GCS.
• Knowledge of virtual machine and container deployment vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills

• GCP certifications such as Data Engineer, Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer.
