Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure VPC environments and cloud instances based on architect designs.
• Implement automated security controls and network security policies in collaboration with NetSecOps.
• Manage cloud platform access through IAM guidelines, including users, groups, and roles.
• Develop monitoring and reporting tools to support infrastructure operations.
• Serve as a Tier-2 escalation point for incident resolution and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of infrastructure development experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 5+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Google Cloud Foundational Certification.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and large-scale enterprise infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux IaaS, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
• Experience with networking, storage, OSS, and containers.
• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Preferred Skills

• Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Advanced expertise in Terraform.
