Description

You will design and implement large-scale, resilient distributed cloud architectures with a primary focus on security within GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement distributed cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and manage Terraform modules and state files for complex cloud environments.
• Implement security architecture and best practices across the entire cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the full DevOps cycle, including observability, CI/CD, secure CI/CD, and ProdOps.
• Maintain high resiliency, availability, and reliability for large-scale public cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Security.
• Expertise in Terraform, including module development and state file management.
• Deep knowledge of GCP services: CloudFunction, GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL, IAM, Looker, GCS, and Firebase.
• Strong understanding of GitOps models and various branching strategies.
• Solid grasp of Linux fundamentals; Windows experience is also acceptable.
• Proven ability to build data platforms with a security-first approach.
• Experience managing the full DevOps lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building data platforms using Infrastructure as Code.
