Role Summary

Provide L2/L3 support for GCP infrastructure services and automation-driven cloud operations.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Manage Compute Engine, Networking, Storage, IAM and Monitoring services within GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, performance issues and service disruptions.
• Administer VPC, Firewall Rules, DNS, IAM roles and GCP projects.
• Monitor platform health using Cloud Operations Suite, Logging and Alerting services.
• Execute infrastructure provisioning and standard changes using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Support operational requests related to access governance and platform administration.
• Maintain cloud security, compliance and operational best practices.
• Partner with customer and application teams to ensure platform stability and service continuity
