Description

You will design and implement application modernization solutions on GCP Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute application modernization strategies on GCP.
• Architect distributed systems focusing on scalability, high availability, and maintainability.
• Manage production environment deployments and architectural trade-offs.
• Implement security protocols including MFA, SSO, OAuth, and JWT.
• Oversee microservices patterns including messaging, monitoring, and fault tolerance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with GCP services including GCS, GKE, PubSub, MongoDB, AlloyDB, CloudSQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Dataflow.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle DB.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Core Java (OOP, Multithreading, Memory Management, Collections) and Java 8+ features.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud.
• Proficiency in ORM tools such as JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Ability to use Maven, JUnit, Mocking frameworks, and Splunk for log searching and dashboarding.
• Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Web Application Security and Vulnerability Assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD build tools and profiling utilities.
