Lead Google Cloud implementations and drive customer adoption through technical guidance and strategic roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations, managing timelines, milestones, and migration goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps by collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Partner with Support, Development, and Site Reliability teams to plan for customer launches and events.
• Guide issue resolution and escalations by working directly with customers and support teams.
• Create best practices and assets based on engagement learnings to scale cloud adoption.

Required Skills

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (PCA) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles interfacing with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud operations, launch/capacity planning, or IT consulting.
• Proficiency in IT operations, networking, and IT security.
• Strong understanding of service architecture and hosted services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Master’s degree in a technical, management, or engineering field.
• Experience with application or workload migrations to public cloud providers.
