Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines and transformations using GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Run.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and performance tuning.
• Build and support analytics dashboards and semantic layers using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker/LookML.
• Use Python for scripting and automation to support data engineering workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex data pipeline and reporting issues while communicating effectively with customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on data engineering and analytics delivery.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with ETL development and core GCP data engineering services.
• Dashboarding expertise with Tableau, Power BI, and Looker/LookML.
• Python scripting skills for automation and workflow support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve data pipeline issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and logging practices for data pipelines.
• Database administration experience.
