Description

You will design and implement data architectures within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from multiple sources into BigQuery. Ensure data quality and integrity across all data pipelines. Design and apply data modeling techniques and best practices for data warehousing. Solve IRIIS integrations using hands-on technical expertise. Optimize complex SQL queries within BigQuery to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT processes for BigQuery ingestion.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all data pipelines.
• Apply data modeling techniques for warehousing.
• Solve IRIIS integrations with hands-on technical expertise.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• 2+ years of experience working specifically in a GCP environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in solutioning IRIIS integrations.
• Proficiency with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience in query optimization.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling for warehousing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex multi-source data ingestion patterns.

Education and Experience

Degree in any graduate field.
