Description

Design and implement scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will own the architecture for batch and streaming pipelines, ensuring robust data governance and best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect data solutions leveraging core GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and Bigtable.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for both batch processing and real-time streaming data.
• Design solutions for managing and processing unstructured data effectively.
• Drive adoption of best practices in GCP application design and data governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
• Expertise with GCP services, specifically BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, Spark, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architecture principles and DevOps practices.
• Experience with relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, logging, and monitoring within a cloud environment.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Professional Data Engineer or Architect certification.
• Experience within the Healthcare domain or NLP applications.
