Description

Design and implement data architectures optimized for Google Cloud Platform. Lead technical solution coordination and serve as the primary point of contact for design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions leveraging Google Cloud services to handle user and client data efficiently.
• Manage the integration and migration of on-premises systems to Google Cloud.
• Oversee infrastructure and software upgrades, including server, storage, and database discovery.
• Respond to RFPs by providing comprehensive solution architecture.
• Design and build applications to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical solution implementation and architecture design.
• Proven experience architecting applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Deep expertise with Google Cloud services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Bigtable, Datastore, Cloud SQL, and Spanner.
• Strong database management skills with RDBMS experience (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of data archival, management, and governance concepts.
• Experience with private and public cloud architectures and migration strategies.
• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience in Python, Java, shell scripting, or PL/SQL.
• Experience using Terraform for infrastructure.
• Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification.
