Description

You will build and maintain data infrastructure supporting multiple data initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data from legacy systems, including moving data from Redshift into Google BigQuery.
• Replace legacy ETL pipelines built in Datasage with new ingestion solutions.
• Develop new data ingestion and ETL pipelines from scratch.
• Orchestrate data workflows using Airflow or Cloud Composer, including developing new DAGs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in GCP services.
• Strong proficiency in ETL pipelines development.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience developing pipelines using Dataflow and Spark.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, specifically Google BigQuery.
• Experience managing legacy ETL processes within Datasage.
