Description

You will design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines and infrastructure within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines using Dataflow, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
• Implement and manage BigQuery data warehouse solutions for secure and efficient storage.
• Provision and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform following IaC best practices.
• Build real-time data ingestion and streaming analytics workflows using Pub/Sub.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and manage costs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer focusing on GCP services.
• Proficiency with Dataflow, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
• Hands-on experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing data costs in GCP.
