Description

You will build and manage data pipelines within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem. You design and implement data engineering, ingestion, and curation functions for batch and streaming workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build Apache Beam and Cloud Dataflow pipelines for batch and streaming workloads.
• Develop end-to-end pipelines using Apache Airflow and Cloud Composer.
• Apply data warehousing concepts to implement SQL standards across various data scenarios.
• Design and implement data engineering, ingestion, and curation functions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer.
• 6-8 years of total IT experience.
• Expertise in Core and Advanced Java.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience building pipelines using Java and Python.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for data engineering tasks.
