Description

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform to support scalable data processing and storage solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data pipelines using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Composer, Cloud Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
• Write efficient, scalable Python code for data processing, integration, and automation tasks.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and store data effectively.
• Manage data storage architectures to balance cost efficiency with performance requirements.
• Monitor data infrastructure health and troubleshoot pipeline performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on GCP.
• Expert proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Composer, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline architecture, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
• Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing large-scale data storage for cost and performance.
