Description

You will own the data infrastructure and services within the Google Cloud Platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage data infrastructure and ensure compliance with data security and governance standards using Dataplex.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
• Execute data quality assurance and testing protocols on GCP.
• Apply SRE practices to support data-intensive applications and services.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with GCP data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Data Fusion, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, and Google Cloud Storage.
• Strong background in cloud computing and data-intensive applications.
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance on GCP.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and CI/CD.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
