Description

Build and maintain ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and big data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Build data models and pipelines to process large, diverse datasets.
• Develop data warehouse solutions using Google BigQuery and other cloud services.
• Translate complex business scenarios into efficient SQL queries.
• Coordinate technical workflows between onsite and offshore teams.
• Apply Test Driven Development and DevOps methodologies within Agile processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and big data solutions.
• 5+ years of experience building data models and pipelines for large datasets.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex query development.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience with Google Cloud SDK, APIs, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Composer DAGs, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Certification.
• Experience with NoSQL databases or the Retail domain.
