Description

You will design and implement data solutions and analytics reports for the Contact Centre, with a heavy focus on BigQuery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from inception to deployment.
• Manage legacy ETL processes and utilize Talend for data transformation.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide project estimates.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer focused on GCP services.
• Strong proficiency in GCP services, particularly BigQuery.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with Contact Centre analytics and real-time data processing.
• Experience with Talend for data transformation.
