Description

Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time data ingestion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data lake and warehouse architectures using BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift.
• Develop and manage data infrastructure solutions on GCP and Azure.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and compliance across all systems.
• Automate data validation, monitoring, and alerting processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data or software engineering with a data focus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, and Airflow.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ETL/ELT patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scala, Java, dbt, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with streaming technologies like Kafka, Spark Streaming, and Flink.
• Experience supporting machine learning workflows and data governance tools.
