Description

You will design, build, and deploy cloud solutions for enterprise applications, focusing on cloud platform engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate applications while optimizing technical reliability and improving performance.
• Implement containers using cloud-native orchestrators within GCP.
• Develop APIs and Cloud Functions using Python.
• Analyze current application infrastructure and propose necessary architectural changes.
• Participate in DevOps and System Engineering teams using Scrum agile processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience with GCP services: Compute Engine, Dataproc, Dataflow, BigQuery, Secret Manager, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Functions.
• Experience with Google storage products (Cloud Storage, Persistent Disk, Nearline, Coldline, Cloud Filestore).
• Experience with GCP database products (Datastore, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Bigtable).
• Strong cloud programming skills, including API Development and Python.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise DevOps tools: Ansible, Bitbucket, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices and GCP IAM Policy preparation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data modelling and Data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Data Lake and Data Analytics concepts.
