Description

You will build scalable big data pipeline solutions within the GCP Data Factory.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable big data pipelines for operational and analytical solutions.
• Design and model data architectures for transactional and analytic workloads.
• Run and tune queries across BigQuery, SQL Server, and Hive.
• Manage data processes, including compiling data for analytics.
• Implement data projects using GCP Cloud services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data design, architecture, and modeling.
• 2+ years of experience implementing GCP Cloud data projects.
• Proficiency with Apache Beam, SpringBoot, Dataflow, and Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Build, and Cloud Run.
• Strong development skills in Java using SpringBoot and Apache Beam.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and Hive.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
• 7 years of software engineering experience building complex data pipelines.
