Description

You will design, implement, and optimize GCP-based real-time data pipelines and REST APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build automated, scalable, and reliable data pipelines using custom Python, Scala, or Cloud Data Functions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement business logic, security, authentication, and database operations.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and manage data warehousing and SQL analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with GCP data tools, including BigQuery and Dataproc.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and containerization.
• Working knowledge of GCP services including Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, and Cloud Functions.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (GKE).
• Strong coding skills in Python or Scala.
• Experience with APIs and SDKs for GCP services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
• Backend development using Spring Boot, JWT, or OAuth.
• Work with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cloud SQL.
