Description

Design and build real-time data ingestion pipelines and event routing systems on Google Cloud. Connect to backend data sources via APIs and manage RESTful API services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement real-time data pipelines using Google Cloud services.
• Build, deploy, and secure RESTful APIs using Python frameworks.
• Integrate backend systems with various data sources and APIs.
• Manage event routing and distributed system components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS, PubSub, Eventarc).
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, including event buses.
• Ability to ingest data from diverse backend sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data ingestion pipelines.
