Description

You will build and manage scalable data pipelines and processing solutions within the Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into BigQuery.
• Optimize SQL queries and perform tuning of data processes.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor data infrastructure and quality.
• Perform data modeling and schema design to support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document architecture designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Solid Python coding skills.
• Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
