Description

You will design and implement scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data solutions and develop data models for analytical and operational workloads.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc.
• Implement data quality frameworks to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
• Write reusable Python code for data processing and orchestration tasks.
• Manage security, governance, and monitoring for all GCP data solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Dataproc.
• Proficiency in Python for building data workflows and automation.
• Strong experience in data modeling (dimensional, relational, NoSQL).
• Experience with Cloud Composer, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
• Hands-on experience with GCP DevOps tools including Cloud Build and Terraform or Deployment Manager.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Professional Data Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certifications.
• Experience with Apache Beam or Spark.
• Exposure to data security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
