Description

You will manage data engineering workflows and operations within a Google Cloud Platform environment, owning Day 2 operations and SRE-related tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and manage Day 2 operations using Service Now.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines using Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Pub/Sub.
• Configure and manage GCP services including BigQuery, GKE, and Cloud Functions.
• Handle identity and access management using IAM, Service Accounts, Roles, and Workload Identity.
• Monitor system health using Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Dataflow, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Functions.
• Knowledge of IAM, Service Accounts, Roles, and Workload Identity.
• Experience with SRE concepts and Day 2 operations.
• Experience using Service Now for operational workflows.
• Competency with Cloud Logging, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of clinical data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
