You will implement end-to-end data governance solutions on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring data security, quality, and compliance across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Metadata Management frameworks using System and Custom Aspects within GCP Dataplex and Knowledge Catalog.
• Configure and operationalize Sensitive Data Protection (SDP), including data classification and dynamic data masking.
• Define and structure Lakes and Zones within Dataplex to enable organized, governed data management.
• Establish IAM Roles, Policy Tags, and Access Controls to enforce fine-grained data security and governance.
• Set up Data Profiling and Data Quality rules within Dataplex/Knowledge Catalog and partner with Data Engineering teams to embed governance into pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with GCP Dataplex and Knowledge Catalog.
• Strong expertise in Metadata Management, specifically System and Custom Aspects.
• Proven experience with SDP, Data Classification, and Dynamic Data Masking.
• Proficiency in setting up Data Profiling and Data Quality rules.
• Experience configuring Lakes and Zones for data organization.
• Deep understanding of IAM Roles, Policy Tags, and Access Controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
