Description

You will own the design and implementation of data integration workflows between internal and external systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration workflows across APIs, databases, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency during data ingestion and transformation.
• Implement data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and monitoring mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 4–8+ years of experience in data integration and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, specifically Google Cloud Dataflow.
• Experience integrating using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with integration tools including Informatica, Talend, SSIS, and Apache NiFi.
• Experience with message queues or data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
