Description

You will lead data initiatives leveraging GCP services.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute ETL processes and manage data migration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and handle administrative tasks like project setup, user authorizations, and job scheduling.
• Write and test programs using Unix Shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Manage support services and change control using ServiceNow.
• Prioritize tasks by consulting with business stakeholders and Product Owners.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, specifically with Big Query and SQL.
• Mastery of GCP and related data services.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Pub-Sub, Big Query, Cloud Storage, and Google Composer.
• Strong proficiency in ETL implementation.
• Working knowledge of Git and Git workflows, including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Experience operating within an agile application development environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL.
• Familiarity with Cloud Functions.

Preferred Skills

• Basics of Python or Java.
