You will design and support complex data models and software solutions within a cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement relational, dimensional, and graph data models.
• Pre-process structured and unstructured data for downstream consumption.
• Structure projects from initial idea through experimentation and prototyping to full implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver on project timelines.
• Maintain engineering best practices, including design reviews, defect tracking, and testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and dimensional/multi-dimensional data modeling.
• 3-7+ years of experience in scripting languages (Python, Perl, JavaScript, or Shell).
• 3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, including basic commands and shell scripting.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices.
• 3+ years of experience developing Java-based software solutions and OOP languages.
• 2+ years of experience working with GCP.
• 2+ years of experience working on streaming data applications.
• Experience designing and supporting complex software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DVT and Terraform.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
