Description

You will design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data models and datasets in BigQuery.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Dataproc.
• Implement query optimization techniques, including partitioning and clustering, to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with BI teams to deliver reliable data products and support CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with batch and near real-time data processing at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD deployment practices.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to data quality.
