Description

You will build and manage the GCP foundation platform to support application deployments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer solutions on the GCP foundation platform using Infrastructure as Code methods.
• Integrate and manage common cloud services including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, and containers.
• Manage Software Defined Networking (SDN) within GCP.
• Ensure compliance with security, operational risk standards, and resiliency requirements.
• Build and support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Demonstrable GCP experience including Compute, Storage, SDN (VPC and XPN), Cloud IAM, Cloud CDN, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Storage, App Engine, and Cloud SQL for MySQL.
• Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes Engine Monitoring.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and continuous testing tools.
• Automation scripting experience using Terraform and Ansible.
• Server administration skills in either Linux or Windows.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud compliance, auditing, and IAM security.
