Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot GCP-based cloud environments, ensuring stable operations for customer-facing production systems. You will diagnose infrastructure issues, manage incidents, and collaborate with teams to resolve software and system problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across cloud, systems, and networking layers.
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and manage service requests efficiently.
• Document solutions, processes, and known issues to improve operational knowledge.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and system administration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Knowledge of container orchestration and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, SMTP.
• Proven track record in production support and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a customer-facing technical support or site reliability role.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
