Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure. The role will focus on Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS), automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices. You will be responsible for designing and deploying GCP infrastructure, managing services such as Compute Engine, GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery, while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies. In addition, you will build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or Deployment Manager. The role also involves working with Docker containers, managing Kubernetes clusters on GKE, and deploying microservices architecture. You will set up monitoring and logging solutions using Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring & Logging), with optional tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and configure alerts and observability dashboards. A strong emphasis will be placed on security and compliance, ensuring adherence to CIS benchmarks for GCP, implementing IAM roles and policies, managing network security through firewalls and VPNs, applying data encryption standards, and conducting vulnerability assessments. This position requires a proactive engineer who can balance scalability, automation, and security in a dynamic cloud environment
