Description

You will manage and scale containerized infrastructure and applications within Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and scale containerized applications using Cloud Build and Docker.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing and deployment procedures.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform through reusable modules.
• Manage microservices communication, traffic routing, and load balancing using Istio within Kubernetes.
• Configure IAM roles and permissions to ensure secure access control across all GCP services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, specifically using GKE.
• Expertise in Docker for designing, managing, and versioning containerized applications.
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Practical knowledge of GCP storage services including Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, and BigQuery.
• Experience with GCP serverless offerings such as Cloud Functions and Cloud Run.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions.
