Description

You will own the operational lifecycle of GCP services, ensuring performance and compliance across the environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support DEV to PROD GCP Cloud Containers, PaaS, and IaaS services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, managing incidents (P1–P4) per ITIL processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Design and deploy Kubernetes configurations, including Helm charts, services, and network policies.
• Monitor environments using Dynatrace or Datadog to optimize performance and utilization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GKE, Docker, or Podman.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes resource types, Helm, and Kubernetes networking.
• Experience with core Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Apigee, etc.).
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of network security, encryption protocols, and identity management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management).
• Working knowledge of Linux (RedHat) and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Run, GKE AutoPilot, or Anthos Service Mesh.
• Familiarity with compliance tools like Google Org Policy or AquaSec.
