Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud services, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage GCP services such as Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Load Balancing.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure networking components, including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, service accounts, encryption, and access controls.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and application performance using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance-related issues.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, security, and operations teams to support application deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
