Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer and AI Support Engineer with 5 to 15 years of experience to perform L2L3 application support and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices React and REST API development along with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform GCP Kubernetes and AI enabled applications.

The candidate should have strong experience in production support incident management troubleshooting RCA and application engineering with exposure to AI technologies including Google ADK Agents Gemini API integrations and RAG based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support Engineering

Perform L2L3 application support and engineering activities for critical production applications
Troubleshoot application issues across Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Redis and integrated services
Support P1P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations
Perform root cause analysis RCA and drive preventive and corrective actions
Handle incident management problem management and service request fulfilment
Support production releases deployments and postproduction validations
Provide support for minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Cloud Technology

Work with Google Cloud Platform GCP services including GKE Pub Sub Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging
Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and application deployments running on GKE
Support API gateway and integration requirements using Apigee
Work with AlloyDB Scheduler and Workflow concepts
Monitor application health performance and availability across cloud environments

AI Application Support

Support AI enabled applications and troubleshoot AI service integrations
Work with Google ADK Agents and Gemini API integrations
Support RAG based applications and AI service consumption
Understand prompt execution flows and troubleshoot issues across AI application workflows
Contribute to AI led operations tools automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Integration Full Stack Development

Develop and support applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and React
Design troubleshoot and maintain REST APIs and API integrations
Work with API integration and orchestration patterns
Support Redis based application components and integrations
Troubleshoot endtoend application flows across frontend backend APIs and cloud services

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development Application Support or Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices
Strong experience in REST API design troubleshooting and API integrations
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP
Experience with GKE Google Kubernetes Engine and Kubernetes troubleshooting
Strong understanding of Pub Sub Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging
Experience with Apigee API Gateway
Experience with Redis and API integration and orchestration patterns
Experience with AI enabled application support and troubleshooting
Hands-on exposure to Google ADK Agents Gemini API integrations and RAG based applications
Strong understanding of L2L3 support Incident Management Problem Management and RCA
Experience supporting production applications and critical P1P2 incidents
Good troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dataflow
Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain
Experience with DevOps and CICD tools
Exposure to AI led operations tools and automation
Experience with Scheduler and Workflow concepts
Experience with AlloyDB and cloud-based application architectures
