We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer / AI Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, GCP, Kubernetes, and AI-enabled application support. The candidate will be responsible for performing L2/L3 application support, production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and engineering activities for cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform L2/L3 application support and engineering activities for production applications.
• Support P1/P2 incident bridges and handle critical production escalations.
• Troubleshoot Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and application-level issues.
• Design, troubleshoot, and support REST APIs and API integrations.
• Work with Redis and API orchestration/integration patterns.
• Support applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and applications running on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Work with Pub/Sub, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Apigee API Gateway, AlloyDB, Scheduler, and Workflow concepts.
• Support AI-enabled applications and troubleshoot AI service consumption issues.
• Support Google ADK Agents and Gemini API integrations.
• Troubleshoot and support RAG-based applications and understand prompt execution flows.
• Perform incident management, problem management, service request fulfilment, and production support activities.
• Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) reviews and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Support application releases, deployments, and post-production validations.
• Support minor enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, and production engineering activities.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Contribute to AI-led operations, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives where applicable.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–15 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development and Application Support
• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices
• Strong understanding of REST API design, integration, troubleshooting, and orchestration patterns
• Experience with React and Full Stack Development
• Good hands-on experience with Redis
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes concepts
• Experience with Pub/Sub
• Experience with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging
• Experience with Apigee API Gateway
• Knowledge of AlloyDB
• Understanding of Scheduler and Workflow concepts
• Experience in AI-enabled application support and troubleshooting
• Experience with Google ADK Agents
• Experience with Gemini API integrations
• Experience in supporting RAG-based applications
• Understanding of AI service consumption and troubleshooting
• Understanding of prompt execution flow
• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support and production support
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, and Service Request Fulfilment
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in supporting P1/P2 incidents and critical production escalations

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
