Description

You will design, implement, and manage containerized workloads and infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate containers using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), managing clusters and deployment strategies.
• Automate GCP operations using Python, Bash, and GCP SDKs or APIs.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build, Source Repositories, and Container Registry.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using GCP Logging and Monitoring to detect anomalies and troubleshoot logs.
• Manage and administer GCP databases including BigTable, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Spanner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing or traditional IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud networking.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python or Shell.
• Experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket) and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of large-scale distributed systems, Linux/UNIX, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Postgres or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in using RegEx and managing APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with firewall configuration and functional testing.
