Description

You will manage incident response and production support within Google Kubernetes Engine environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and provide production support for GKE clusters.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain container orchestration workflows using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor system health and performance using Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
• Strong experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience writing and running Ansible scripts.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, VPC, and cloud storage solutions on GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Background in incident management and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GCP services including Pub/Sub, Memorystore, BigQuery, Cloud Run, or Cloud Functions.
