Description

Implement and operate GCP identity and access controls to onboard applications securely in a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage IAM roles, bindings, and service accounts across GCP projects using Terraform and Git-based workflows.
• Implement least-privilege patterns for application onboarding, covering runtime identity, human access, and break-glass procedures.
• Support identity integrations and group/role mappings in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Produce onboarding evidence, including access approvals, deployment records, and audit log pointers, while maintaining documentation and runbooks.
• Troubleshoot access issues and partner with platform, network, and security teams to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GCP IAM, including roles, service accounts, and policy inheritance concepts.
• Proficiency in Terraform fundamentals, including modules and state management basics.
• Strong Git and pull request workflow discipline.
• Scripting ability in Python for automation and validation tasks.
• Familiarity with change and release processes within controlled environments.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
