Description

You will build and maintain the core infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and manage GCP services (GKE, GCE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer, App Engine) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and evolve Terraform modules for scalability and reusability.
• Execute BAU activities, including updating infrastructure components, maintaining cluster health, and performing system upgrades.
• Manage secure, scalable GCP network architecture, deploying VPCs, firewall rules, and routing.
• Develop and maintain custom IAM roles and enforce least privilege access models across GCP environments.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong expertise in core GCP services: GKE, GCE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and App Engine.
• Deep knowledge of VPC networking, firewall rules, routing, and hybrid connectivity.
• Extensive experience with IAM policy and role management.
• Scripting capabilities using Python, Bash, or Cloud SDK/gcloud CLI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Linux systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• GCP Professional Cloud Architect or GCP Professional DevOps Engineer certification.
