Description

You will design and develop cloud-native applications using Java on Google Cloud Platform, owning the full lifecycle from infrastructure to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications leveraging Java and GCP services.
• Configure and manage core GCP resources including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Cloud Build.
• Monitor and optimize GCP services for cost, performance, security policies, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud SQL and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience managing CI/CD workflows via Jenkins and Cloud Build.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug GCP services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing unit and integration release testing using manual and automated tools.
• Degree in any graduate field.
