Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Java applications on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Java-based applications to meet technical standards.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Spring Boot and microservices.
• Oversee cloud migration projects and cloud-native application development on GCP.
• Establish coding standards, manage code reviews, and ensure CI/CD adherence.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• 2-3 years in a technical lead or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems.
• Ability to design CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• GCP certification (Professional Cloud Architect or Developer).
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
